My February race is coming up this weekend: the Tony McGowan 10k.
First time doing this race, having signed up for it in 2023 (I think) but missing out due to a storm.
I’ve heard good things about the course though!
Goals
Recent 5k runs have been sub 19, so I think I’d be on track for 39ish, but I haven’t been doing any specific 10k training so tis hard to know.
